RDW's Test Centre Lelystad. TCL for short, is an independent testing laboratory for vehicle technology, which offers a unique combination of services and products at a single location. TCL is the place to go to for homologation testing, for obtaining national and international certificates, and for doing your own Research & Development work.

RDW appoints one permanent contact for each assignment. Our engineer will be your contact throughout the process of obtaining a type approval from RDW, or of renting RDW facilities for your own use. The engineer will be your consultant from preparation for testing all the way to the final product, i.e. the test report and the certificates.

TCL is your partner for testing and homologation of your vehicles and vehicle parts. Our state-of-the-art facilities and highly skilled staff are at your service, also for doing your own research.
